Pizza! (it went in the oven so I assume that counts as baking? lol) If not, I'll come back tomorrow after I make some more of my thumbprint cookies!

 

Haha I was thinking along the cakes and cookies side of baking, but pizza is certainly baked so fair enough!

 

Nothing, yet. I want to bake a loaf of bread tomorrow. Does that count?

 

Nothing today but last was some pretty good zucchini bread.

 

Bread definitely counts, Purp. Nothing like fresh baked bread. I might even bake some myself next week.

I think I ate 4 of the peanut butter oatmeal cookies today, and they are big cookies. They're so good I couldn't help it. Oops.

Yesterday I baked an almond cake with chocolate buttercream using recipes from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World but I made a double layer 9" version. Both sides of the family loved the vegan cake.

I made onion focaccia bread. I haven't tried it yet but it smells great.

How can it be bad influence when onion bread is soo good?

Yesterday I baked carrot cake. Boyfriend and I have devoured most of it already.

 

I baked some experimental granola. Most recipes use rolled oats and I'm trying to concoct a decent steel cut oats based granola. Turned out pretty good, but more like grape nuts than traditional granola.
