According to this website: http://www.livestrong.com/article/32...ilds-collagen/ there are plenty of veg*n foods that help promote collagen production. Among those mentioned, it suggests vegetables and fruits high in vitamin-c are helpful, like tomatoes, orange, kale etc. Soy products seem to be beneficial as well. But basically, this site seems to suggest there are a ton of food options for veg*ns that will help boast collagen production. This site backs this up as well: http://www.wisegeek.com/which-foods-...t-collagen.htm And of course, there are always supplements, so I don't see why this would be much of an issue?
