hi everyone

my whole body is irritated. i didn't wanted to use what i have been offered by the different physicians i've been to which was creams which aren't very healthy or pills which i haven't tried.

my scalp is highly irritated and my chest has redness and irritation for many years. the only compromise to my face is a nice commercial cream that isn't doing that much and i don't put it much. it's just a regular cream by neutrugina.

i've also read that it is something much more than the skin and some website offered natural remedies for it.

i feel it is much more than inconvenience and also shorten my life and health - that problem.

i don't plan to die ever anyway.

lately i had a feeling that needles are stubbed at my back when i was sitting and my face also had it. and i've offered to put cream on my whole affected area which i didn't.

maybe writing about it can be some secret remedy as complaining can be a secret remedy for anything.

i think the situation is bad because i couldn't find much of compliant and written stuff on it.

i feel tinglings in my whole body. an in summer my face can go much more red and all the other additional part of it.

at least it does not get a very bad case as might occur in others.

I don't know if you've read the wiki on this...

They actually say that sodium laureth sulfate (or SLS), which is a COMMON ingredient in shampoo, soap, practically everything, is a trigger for it. I would look for shampoos and soaps that do not have this. I use Yes To Tomatoes shampoo (it doesn't have any).

Wiki also sites several plant based remedies. They suggest aloe vera which you can buy in a bottle (I keep mine in the fridge so when I get a sunburn I can apply it on cold).

I personally like using lavender for skin inflamations and wounds. It is said to be antiseptic and an anti-inflammatory. I buy Kiss My Face Lavender and Olive Oil bar soap, which I believe also doesn't have SLS.

I hope this helps. I have keratosis pilaris and I know how annoying skin conditions can be.

ALL of my eczema issues turned out to be food-related. I get eczema on my fingers when I eat corn/corn starch/corn-related products, and I get eczema behind my ears and on my scalp when I eat wheat. The corn allergy was confirmed by testing done by an allergist. I tested negative for wheat allergy, but at this same appointment was told I have IBS and among the top triggers for that are corn and wheat

My GP has been on the record as saying that he thinks it is a myth that skin problems can be affected by what you eat, but my allergist says there is definitely a connection. I would do a Google Search for 'elimination diet' and see if trying one of those and keeping a food diary for awhile helps you identify possible triggers. When I avoid my trigger foods, I feel much better and my skin is clear. When I cheat, either on purpose or through accidental ingestion, I pay for it right away and can usually tell what the culprit is based on where/how the skin irritation appears.

i dont sure ficbot

my face - my ears - all my body - all the irritated parts of my body all the time - every half second ive another area that gets irritated

at least if people were funny or smart i would be able to live like that - i need to find a solution to both things - people who dont laugh and people who r unsmart and the skin tinglings and dryness - sounds like life - stupid tinglings and dryness - this is what funny about life - people behave funyly and they so much dry and automated

in hebrew there is the word robotricks - people are robots who behave with tricks - so others find it hard not to be a robot

i ate wheat but i dont think it is it - i dont that much care to be allergic to wheat - i even want to be one - its funny to be one - and it also will make me feel that im more of being above others in the case of not eating wheat

c***

i afraid that it will shorten my life this skin condition

but i always assuming too that peopel will start to life for ever anyway by advances - it will be funny to see stupid people who live forever

did anyone ever met someone who really laugh hard about life? one who find it hard to stop from hard laughing?

i dont know - i dont mean to just whatever person you think of in case you met anyone like that

do im the only one who will stay awake and be excited about how funny and silly people in this world look?

automated machines

its funny to look at what vegans are and see how nuts and embarrassing they can look - much more than others

maybe some people have some good traits that came from out of space and just them are poelpe who can laugh and enjoy but still all of there are being so depressed by others that they go nuts and cant laugh

im just imagining how bad would it be for my laugher to live in a city for example - to be stuck in traffic jams- to think it is not good to horn - or to think when biking that you really need to give c*** about whoever dont like the path you are on

so to all the drivers (people who get drived)

i wish you to be in paradise because you are in hell

i can see all the drivers where ever i go- and im happy not to see them much on the internet lately because im not using it much - this internet made me confused in the past and now i can be not much confused when im not much into it
