Can anyone suggest a brand name of good tortellini that is not stuffed with cheese? I would love to make this great recipe for pasta salad but without the cheese. Thanks! Ruby

I don't know of any brands off hand that have no meat or cheese filling.
I believe Trader Joes may have a cheeseless/meatless version if you have one in your area.

I don't know what country you're in but I've had some success with "Biona" non-cheese tortellini, they may be available where you are. In the UK you can get them from Goodness Direct if they're not available in your local shop.
