I begain the Six Week plan outlined in Dr Fuhrman's Eat to Live, so that makes me a vegetarian for the next 5 and a half weeks at least (and hopefully beyond that!). It's only been a couple days but so far so good
. There seems to be a ton of great information here. I'm really looking forward to finding recipes that will introduce me to new, healthful taste sensations so that I can stay on track.
