[Tofu-N-Sprouts]

Sounds sorta like a Shepherd's Pie. I guess if you're going to have all those ingredients on your plate at Thanksgiving Dinner, touching and sorta mixing anyway, it can't hurt to put them in a casserole where they're all mixed together.

Sounds interesting and pretty good.
