I saw a little of this in a Rachel Ray blip the other day... thought I'd try it to make heating leftovers go faster (no microwave)~ It was pretty good!
Just layer your leftovers in a baking dish (9x9, 13x9, whatever will work for your leftover amount)! "stuffing" on the bottom, green beans, mashed yams, whatever you have, and top off with potatoes. Cook at 350* until warmed through or potatoes are golden brown. (My 9x9" pan took 25-30m or so to be good)
Thought I'd pass it on! It was pretty decent, really. I'm not sure what I expected, but it was a very good leftover dish.
(could put tofurkey on there if you had it, etc)
I suppose it is the same idea as leftover veggie soup. Cool stuff.
