Tried it for the first time yesterday and really liked it....<br><br>
Hubby and I were invited to a cookout yesterday evening and one of the items being served was steamed yucca root (I was excited to see there was something non-meat though I brought black beans and rice to share just in case). Drizzled a little persian lime EVOO and cinnamon pear balsamic on it (I brought the EVOO and vinegar with some sourdough bread for dipping), quite tasty!<br><br>
Think I will be purchasing some soon...<br><br>
Anyone else try it? If so, any recipes to share?
