I have a curried pasta salad recipe that calls for plain yogurt to make the "sauce." The only kind of soy yogurt I can find around here is fruit flavored and I don't think strawberry would go well with curry!
But then I thought...maybe I could substitute silken tofu. Ya'think it would work? Should I add some lemon juice or something to get the acidity right? Ideas?

Silken tofu works fine as a yogurt substitute. Mix a little bit of soy milk in it to make it even smoother.

Good luck! Your recipe sounds good, do you mind sharing?
