So I made my third all vegan meal last night. It was amazingly good. It was vegan alfredo sauce. I am craving it right now actually. It was really high in fat though so I can't make it all the time but I can make it pretty often.

I think I'll make it when my parents visit this weekend since they are very skeptical of the whole veg*n idea.

I know its a random post but I was just so pleased with it. With just starting down this road I have no idea what to expect when I'm cooking something.

I found it on a website but I haven't made enough posts to post URLs yet. So, I will try and write it so it tricks the forum. Here goes

It is listed as "Creamy Aflredo Sauce with Veggie Ham" under the main dishes.

I don't like ham much veggie or not so I didn't use it. Although I think peas or spinach would be great with this sauce. It gets really thick after you simmer it and it starts to cool, so you won't need much to go on your pasta. Which is a good thing because, like I said before, it is high in fat/calories. Oh, but it is so delicious!
