The Washington Post just did a nice interview with the author of Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World. You can find the online version here: Article Link

I wish I had a copy of the WP so I could read the full article, but the excerpt is pretty interesting.

Most vegan books do not appeal to me. I already know about all of the cruelty involved with the meat industry, that's why I don't eat it. A lot of them are just the same thing, too. Is this one different?

I enjoyed her first book-- witty and the recipes are great, in general.

Haven't checked out Cupcakes yet, however.
