>1/2 cup sunflower seeds<br><br>
{soak 8-12 hrs.}<br><br>
>4-6 pitted prunes<br><br>
>2-4 pitted dates<br><br>
>spice options: 1/2-1 tsp. cinnamon, nutmeg or chinese five spice.<br><br><br><br>
Process all ingredients together until a porridge like consistency. Serve in a bowl. It can be eaten as is, or for a warmed porridge, pour hot water over the mixture {start with 1/8 cup} blend, warming and thinning to desired consistency. Or, for a special treat, form into cookie shape and dehydrate for a short while.
