im sedentary and eating about 1900 calories a day.<br><br>

oh and i weight about 47 kilos. calorie calculators said i should be eatining 1600 a day to maintain while active. clearly incorrect. but LOSING on 1900, while completely INACTIVE??<br><br><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/no.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":no:">
