i went to super target the other day to get some veggie sushi and they had a ton of soy stuff on clearence. they don't expire for like two months. teriakki baked tofu was $1 a lb. veggie pepporni and veggie dogs were 75 cents. i was so happy cause this stuff is ussualy very expensive. just thought i would share

what do you do with it? my grocery store always has it in several flavours and i just don't know what you'd do with it. i'm so not a tofu person

i make sandwiches, stir fries, wraps. you can chop it up and put it in rice whatever its pretty versitile

I love frying it in some oil (cut into slices) and eating it with cous cous. Yum.
