I am going to start a wholesale bakery (making cookies, etc. and distributing to natural foods stores)!! To keep my mind of of boyfriend problems (see "relationtionships" forum), I have been planning this the past few days, and I think I will be able to do this. Maybe even in the next year!! I am so excited, and just wanted to share with you all, and see if you had any comments/suggestions, etc.

Will your products be vegan? At the vegfair last year my buddy and I asked an exhibitor why they have butter in their cookies (other than that, they were 'kosher'). The woman let us know that no cookies can be made w/o butter. I marveled at this insight.

Will you only make sweet stuff, or also other breads? I really dig ancient flatbreads...

Yes, my products will all be vegan. I am going to test all my recipes out on family and frends to get a good list of things together. I am also going to start to contact other wholesale bakers and ask them questions that might help actually turn this into a reality! I am so excited!
