There's going to be a dog walking event for one of the local humane societies in the area in September and I was hoping that someone would help me make some posters to get people to sponsor my dog Sandy. I was hoping to have a picture of Sandy standing upright like a person and wearing a Superman outfit (S for Sandy). I'm pretty someone here is adequate enough with photoshop to do the job. So if you're interested, respond or pm or email me and I'll get some pics of Sandy to you. Thanks.

I use photoshop a lot for my work (newspaper editor), but I'm no expert yet. I've photoshoped my cats in front of different backgrounds, wearing hats, etc., but not all of them looked as 'real' as I'd have liked. I loving playing around with photoshop though, so if no one responds to help you out who really knows photoshop well, I'd definitey be willing to try it out and see what I can do! When would you need the photos by? (I don't have much of a life, so I could definitely do it if you don't find someone else... I'm just wondering)

You will have to click Image then edit your pics. And adjust your background by layers. That will blend your pics and background .If you want your pic to be vivid then you will have to edit by pixels. Well, the walk isn't until September so I've got plenty of time. Here is a pic that I think would be good to use as Sandy's head.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v8...8/d0f0f459.jpg

That picture would probably work ... although I'm not sure I'm good enough at photoshop to replace part of her ear where it's folding and sort of disappearing behind (your?) arm. I'm going out of town this weekend, but when I get back I'll head up to the office and play around with it (don't have photoshop on my computer really stinks). Do you want the superman costume to be cartoony or realistic looking? It'd be a lot easier to have another picture of Sandy also (her legs) to use - A really good photoshoper could probably create them just fine, but I'm not quite there yet. I'll try my best, but I'm not that great like I said! I'm surprised no one else has responded to help out with this? Photoshop is too much fun!

Here is another pic you might try and use.

As far as it being a cartoony or live action costume, I'm not really sure. Maybe try both and we'll see what looks best.

I plan to get more pics taken soon as soon as I find someone with a digital camera.

Well, I'm at the office now, so I'll fool around with it for a while and see what I can do. It might end up looking absolutely horrible, but I'll try!

Sent you an e-mail THX ... I only did one photo so far, and barely started a second, but I'll probably go up to the office again tomorrow and play around with it some more. Let me know what you think - if they're okay so far, I'll keep working on them!

Hm.... I sent it to the one listed as your hotmail address I think? I'll try to PM the photos to you to check out. Like I said, I just started the second, but I'll keep messing with it if that's going more in the direction that you want than the other...

Did you get my last email? I can't see the pics because I can't read the files. Could you put them on an image hosting account and link me to them. Thanks.

I know it's been a while ... sorry about that. I lost track of the thread ... anyway, here are the two attached. (The first completed and the second just started) I really wanted to get them to you in an e-mail, but I'm really computer-stupid...

Oh, by the way, if the second picture is more of what you're going for, I can put the rest of the superman suit on him. Definitely won't hurt my feelings at all if they both suck though!
