Part of the reason I went vegan was because I felt like a hypocrite being a vegetarian. And if Im supporting these companies still, then I need to rethink what I buy. I dont believe there are enough of us to sway the amount of meat processed. In fact, I read just the other day that meat consumption is going up in America.

See if there are any CSAs near your town and whether they sell meat. You'd be supporting a local business and not contributing to large distributors of meat.
