Over a year ago when I was in Malaysia I discovered these - Whittaker's Bittersweet Peanut Slab. I bought handfuls of them duty free at the airport. I have long fantasised about a dark chocolate version of the milk chocolate Peanut Slab (which I haven't eaten for all the years since becoming a vegan) so was in heaven. But sadly, when arriving back in Australia I couldn't find them anywhere.

Now I have! I found them at my local Woolworths on the weekend (in Sydney), and my sister who lives in another city found them at her local Woolworths too. They must have started stocking them so if you are hankering for dark chocolate covered peanut deliciousness, check them out!!

Thanks for the heads up. When I was a vego, I used to find the milk one a bit sickly if I recall correctly, but the dark one sounds like it could be the go.

I looked for this in my local Coles tonight. They had all the versions except that vegan one - bloody typical! I haven't taken a squizz at Woolies yet so it could be there.

I looked in Coles practically every week for a year hoping it would magically appear there, after first finding out it existed. It was demoralising I can't believe that Woolworths were possibly stocking it that whole time! Nishani - go to Woolworths!! Hopefully they stock it in your local
@Carley - I quite like the almond one, but like this MUCH better.
@nuddle - here are the ingredients:
DARK CHOCOLATE (CONTAINS SUGAR; COCOA SOLIDS 47% (COCOA MASS & COCOA BUTTER); EMULSIFIER (SOYA LECITHIN); FLAVOUR); ROASTED PEANUTS (35%*) *Minimum Percentage.

I am now offically addicted to these, and have eaten one every day for a week!!!!

If I get fat eating these, it's going to be all your fault for enabling me, ok?

Ohhh cool do you like them?! Hahaha - I take full responsibility for that considering how strongly I'm advocating them! I can see myself developing a serious problem with these chocolates... I have no self control!

Have you ever tried Alprose Hazelnut Praline dark chocolate? (See attached pic). It's a Swiss chocolate which you can find in the Kosher section of Coles. It is beyond heaven. It tastes a bit how I remember Nutella tasted...
Attachment 14873
