Seeing as how an eggplant is a vegetable and the other two aren't... I vote for the eggplant.<br><br><br><br>
Unless I'm missing something. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/huh.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="">

No. I use the [sarcasm] tag when I'm being sarcastic. You're the one that said eggplant is a fruit (I've known about tomatoes for a while, but those are much more commonly used than eggplant), so yeah, the honest, non-sarcastic question to you was, are they really? I'd never heard that before. I just eat the stuff, you know?<br><br><br><br>
But, having thought about it (for the first time in my life), it makes perfect sense that aubergines are fruit, so I guess you don't really need to answer it anymore.

Tomato, eggplant, pepper, cucumber, okra, avocado, olives, zucchini etc. are all fruits botanically. Things that contain the seeds.<br><br><br><br>
Roots, tubers, bulbs, shoots, stems, leaves, and flowers would be "real" vegetables.<br><br><br><br>
Aren't labels fun? <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/grin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":D">

and falafel contains onions and garlic so I guess everyone should vote for that since they are real vegetables. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/wink3.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=";)">

I think falafel is more a legume.<br><br><br><br>
Tofu is 100% legume (except the tiny bit of nigari). <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/wink3.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=";)">

Good question! I'd say if they are only sprouted briefly, they are grains/legumes/seeds. Green sprouts are tiny plants (roots, stems and leaves), so they are vegetables. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/wink3.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=";)"><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/grin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":D">

Falafel may be a legume but it is the closest to being a vegetable <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/grin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":D">
