Lipid panel?

I emailed my practitioner asking her if I could get a blood test done to see if I am getting sufficient nutrients. "I've been on a vegetarian diet, am I getting sufficient Omega-3's, B12, yadda yadda". So I went and got the blood work done and I am looking at the results and am not sure where Omega-3's would be listed under. Is it factored into Triglycerides?

BTW, is 503 pg/ml of B12 considered too high? It just says anything below 200 is low.

I'm not sure about the Omega-3's, but I found something on the B12. The normal range for adults is 200-900 and the average is 450 pg/ml.

Here's a link with more information:

http://www.veganhealth.org/b12/values

Omega-3-fatty acids aren't measured routinely, but they would be measured within the triglycerides.
