Lipid panel?<br><br><br><br>
I emailed my practitioner asking her if I could get a blood test done to see if I am getting sufficient nutrients. "I've been on a vegetarian diet, am I getting sufficient Omega-3's, B12, yadda yadda". So I went and got the blood work done and I am looking at the results and am not sure where Omega-3's would be listed under. Is it factored into Triglycerides?<br><br><br><br>
BTW, is 503 pg/ml of B12 considered too high? It just says anything below 200 is low.
