Just curious when other people eat breakfast, if at all.<br><br><br><br>
I tend to eat about 2 hours after I wake in the morning. Im just not hungry right when I wake up. Although, if Im going to work out in the morning (which Ive been very lax about lately) I will grab a banana before I get started.<br><br><br><br>
Also, a question on the timing of breakfast. I know breakfast is important - should I be eating when I wake up, as opposed to 2 hours later? Any thoughts are appreciated.
