Cereal<br>
Protein shake<br>
Bread<br>
Butter...

I usually prefer to eat cereal for breakfast, never fancy toast etc.<br>
And my favourites are oats or bran flakes, both with soya milk. Delicious. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/grin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":D">

I have the same thing every morning, oatmeal made with soymilk. I put a sliced banana in it and a scoop of peanut butter. It is really filling! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)">

Most of the time I usually just have a couple pieces of toast. Sometimes I'll do cereal with almond milk or some oatmeal.

I usually eat oatmeal with blueberries, sliced apple, raisins, and walnuts. I'll also usually have a green smoothie or salad.

Homemade Mango jam on a Cranberry scone and Banana w/250ml of low fat milk.<br><br>
Mango smoothie if I'm in a hurry.<br><br>
It's summer so brekkie is a lighter meal.

Oatmeal, Toast with Orange Jam, Orange Juice and a Vitamin B-12 supplement, as of what I have to eat right now. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/wink3.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=";)">

Muesli Oatmeal with fruit slices on top <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)"> Lately I've been eating Watermelon and/or Plums...quite pleasant to do on a hot day.

Today I had leftovers, whole wheat sketty with spaghetti sauce, but usually I have oatmeal with cinn, nutmeg and veg-friendly butter. Big iced tea with stevia.

Some whole grain cereal<br>
Oat meals<br>
