I'm just starting to experiment with smoothies due to this damn liquid diet, and I'm wondering what you like to put in your smoothies and how you make them. Do you like to make a creamy smoothie with some type of plant milk, fruit/veggies and ice, or just frozen fruit? Got a favorite flavor or secret ingredient? I wanna know!<br><br><br><br>
So far, I've been making banana-orange-pineapple-strawberry with orange juice and pienapple juice for the liquid, and frozen strawberries for the slushy part. I add hemp protein powder and today I remembered to put in my flax oil!<br><br><br><br>
Today I made chocolate-PB-banana with one banana, some Chocolate Almond Breeze, a couple spoonfuls of chocolate PB, and a few ice cubes. Yummy!
