Assuming it meets your dietary needs, of course. The poll is multiple choice, so pick both the type (crispy or chewy) and flavor you like best. But no fair, checking every kind of cookie!!

I'm a chewy chocolate chip girl myself. Soft, cake-y shortbread cookies are a very close second. But they have to be homemade; those storebought shortbread cookies are just too hard. I could eat a whole batch of homemadeshortbread in one sitting if I didn't stop myself.

I've always hated oatmeal raisin. I think raisins in cookies are just there to torment children who think they're biting into something with chocolate chips!

Chewy cookies are SO much better. No contest. And I LOVE oatmeal raisin cookies... in fact, I bought some flour the other day so I could make them!!!

I never thought about this before. I am not a big dessert or sweet eater, but I do like a cookie now and again. I will eat any kind (as long as it is vegan), but I am not partial to flavor or texture.

My favorite cookie ever is a chocolate cinnamon snap I used to make. One of my goals for this winter is to engineer a close vegan approximation.

A very close second is the ginger snap. I like my cookies spicy.

Tess you are a genius. I myself, even as an adult, have been duped into the chocolate chip-looking-raisin situation far too many times.

I went for the chewy, chocolate chip, double chocolate, and sugar cookies (Potbelly has an amazing sugar cookie -- loved it when I was a L/O unfortunately not vegan ). Also quite good is an oatmeal/chocolate chip cookie.

Anyone else getting

The list needs a snickerdoodle. Maybe it fits under 'sugar'? It would be a close second to my favorite, chewy chocolate chip.

I wanted to add snickerdoodle, but darn that 10-option limitation! I think it is basically a cinnamon variation of a sugar cookie, but oh, so wonderfully different from a plain sugar cookie.

Cookies are an unhealthy indulgence anyway. We should all be enjoying fresh fruit.
