I guess that makes me a super-nerd because both my car and my bike have names.

My car (which is an '84 Delta 88 that I paid $200 for) came with a name which was applied by its previous owner: Showboatzilla. I generally choose to use the shortened form, and refer to it as The SBZ.

My bike is named Silver and it's probably pretty easy to guess why.

I am uncertain as to The SBZ's gender. I think it's more of an enigma that has no gender.

My first car was an '89 z24 cavalier. His name was Mortimer, Morty for short(y HAH!)

My last car was a 1998 cavalier RS, her name was Willamina, Willy for short.

I now have a 2006 Prius that is nameless. Oddly, I never thought about it. Wtf. Ok now she (he?) needs a name. Suggestions would be fantastic.

ETA: Yeah. I have a magnetic ribbon. It says "Support Magnetic Ribbons." Don't hate.

My '96 Saturn SL-1 is named Nevarcia.

My Rans Rocket recumbent bicycle is named Red Rona. She's red, duh, and it's a little bit of a play off "Red Rover."

Before accepting a ride, ask the driver: Does your car have a name? Do you think of it as being male or female? Does it have a distinct personality?

If the answer to any of these questions is yes, find another ride.

Motorists who ascribe human traits to their cars are more likely to engage in acts of road rage, according to new research by Colorado State University.

Read article fo your self. I have read this some place before also.

My car/ truck have no names. They are merely the instrument that gets me from point A to point B, while polluting the enviornmenton on the way.

Just to be totaly honest, when I was younger I named my '66 Ford van "Myra"

"The Slytherin Mobile" It's the most evil thing on the road. Currently it decided it is way too cold to run. So I am left with walking in 20 degree weather.

My last car had a name.

It was a dark grey 2 door honda civic.

I named it "little *******" because it was the name of James Deans car that he died in.

My current car doesnt have a name.

I have been thinking about this since I got her last year. I still have not thought of a name good enough to suit my baby girl. I have considered Bettie, after the great Bettie Page, because my car is just as sexy as Bettie ever was... but I'm still unsure because my car is much more than just another pretty face...

Although, I do often refer to her as "Cellie" (how creative) as in, "are we taking yours, or the Cellie?"

Katt: Is she a celica?

The Prius is named KITT. Cuz I realized I've called it that more than once, cuz it's got lots of neat little features and superpowers.
