Pumpkin cornbread?! That sounds amazing!!!!

I'm going to get a field roast next week. Other sides my grandma makes that are veg are:
Bread with butter (rolls that my grandma buys at Costco and tries to pass off as her own)
Sweet potatoes (they're like mashed and I've never tried them but I might this year)
Mashed potatoes
Pumpkin pie (that my grandma buys at Costco and passes off as her own)
And my moms trying to convince my grandma to buy a pecan pie but I'm not sure yet if well get that since my grandma is spending all this money on buying turkey and ham and things.

Been thinking about trying a lentil loaf, any good tried and true recipes out there?

The menu is...
5k run as a starter
Then food preparation and game playing with family as a second course
Third course is dinner
Then pie
Then a few family squabbles and hurt feelings
The last course is apologies hugs and probably an evening walk with the dogs

Seriously, the only thing we know for sure so far is vegan pumpkin pie my mom will make and a Celebration Roast. Everything else is TBD.

Wow! Good food abounds!
I have to say I'm very much looking forward to an all vegan feast with all vegan people (well, except my poor daughter, but she's OK with it. She knows that's just the way it is).
Hope you all have a wonderful, blessed day!

only me, fiance, and pumpkin will be eating [not the tofurky bc of onions!]
I want to make a green bean casserole, but the fiance doesn't do veggies

I'm making the mashed potatoes and green beans for our Thanksgiving dinner. My niece grew a bunch of pumpkins this year, so I'm sure she will make some pumpkin pies. My sister and niece aren't big on fake meats, so we are pretty much only going to have stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce and sweet potatoes. There might be a few other things, but for the most part, that will be the whole dinner. My mom will probably make a small turkey for herself and a couple of guests.

I have been collecting recipes and was planning a gourmet vegan Thanksgiving - our first veg*n Thanksgiving. Then I broke my arm last week so we are going with mainly store-bought:

Tofurky with gravy
stove top stuffing - have not read ingredients to see if it is veg friendly so that may change
waiting for my CSA delivry to confirm veggies but am expecting sweet and white potatoes and some kind of greens

Dairy-free pumpkin pie - frozen bought at Earth Fare
