Every year for halloween, I make spagetti. My parents always served it when I was little and I've just carried on the tradition (and just stopped putting meat in it, I've only been vegetarian for a few months but my spagetti has been for years.)

It gives the kids lots of energy for a night of trick-or-treating.

I'm making those finger things with almonds for fingernails. I've been asked to bring them to a party. Shoot, I really need to find a recipe.

I *love* pumpkin bread this time of year and we also make cut out sugar cookies for the boys to have fun with. You can never have too many holiday cookie cutters.

This year, curried squash is what's cooking on Halloween.

Chunks of squash cooked with lentils, onions, and green curry paste. It's delicious, and looks appropriately swampy and Halloweenish.
