I played with the diet for about 6 months and found it just too difficult to stick to. Unless you eat mostly simple things (salads, fruits and veggies) many of the recipes can be a pain in the rear to make. It just took alot of planning and time and I didn't feel that the payoff was worth the effort involved.
That said, I think it is wonderful if you have the time to pay attention to your diet (eating enough greens, not overdoing fruit, sprouting your nuts faithfully.) I just don't have the willpower. But, the upside is that I'm eating much more raw food in my "regular" diet now than I used to.
There is no need to eat nothing but raw food. Why not just try bringing more healthy raw meals and snacks into your diet? I dont understand why some people feel the need to never eat cooked food. As long as you eat plenty of raw healthy stuff you will get a lot of enzymes and vitamins and other good stuff in your diet.
Check out the raw forum, I go in there all the time for healthy ideas.
