Odd question:

I love yoga (and do hatha and astanga for strength, flexibility, and mind-body connection), but also know I need to be doing cardio a few times per week. For a while I wasn't running on days I did yoga. But now, I'm realizing I should be doing more cardio and thus need to get in some running time on yoga days.

Should I do yoga before running (and lose my "oneness" after savasana), or run before yoga and feel a bit tired for class?

I hate lumping it together, but it's difficult to get to the gym twice a day. Ideas?

I always try to do yoga as my final workout of the day. When you do yoga after cardio, your muscles are warmed-up so it's easier (and safer) for stretching. Yoga is also a nice way to wind down after a workout.
