I was just wondering what everyone uses, I use Fructose mixed with Splenda. I actually use other things but these are my main ones. Which are hard for you to find in your area? I can find all of them, but I am wondering which are hard for you to find.<br><br>

Raw cane sugar and brown sugar are the ones I use most (all sugar is vegan in Australia). Sometimes caster sugar when baking.

Hi, Shannon. I voted for "other" because I use turbinado, stevia, maple syrup, sucanat, & fruit juices/concentrates. What I choose to use is dependent on what I'm making, or what would work best. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)">

I use Sucanat now, though I still have some organic cane sugar from Florida Natural that I'm finishing off. I also use maple syrup and brown rice syrup for most of my baking needs (see the excellent "Simple Treats" cookbook for examples).

I use Florida Crystals, more often than not. Otherwise my 2nd most used dry sweetner is Turbinado. When it comes to liquid sweetners, i'm pretty evenly devided between maple, brown rice & agave.

Hey Shannon! I did not realize I could put in multiple answers so I voted "other" because my favorite sweetener is Agave Nectar. I keep raw sugar, rice malt and maple syrup to cook with (or to drizzle on griddle cakes)<br><br><br><br>

I am going to grow stevia in my herb/tea garden to add to my herbal tea blends this summer. I hear that it takes only one leaf to sweeten a whole pitcher of tea. The leaf is added when the rest of the tea is brewing. Not sure how that will work for sun tea.

I think I am the only unhealthy one here! I use artificial sweetener, but am trying to get over the bitter after-taste of stevia. I like things super-super sweet, so either I take the sweetener, or I'll get like an elephant!<br><br><br><br>
I once tried brownish looking stevia from Paraguay (in a yellow plastic bottle, does anyone here know this one?) and that was great, but the clear stuff I found in the States is bitter!!

I use Sucanat whenever I bake anything (which hasn't been very much lately). Hmmmm, chocolate chip muffins sure would be good right now........

I use splenda as well.<br><br>
I also use Molasses, Stevia, Corn Syrup - depends on what I need it for.<br><br><br><br>
I have limited sources for sweeteners - I have to order my stevia from the internet (used to have to order splenda that way too)<br><br><br><br>
Anyone who knows an online source for Beet Sugar - please let me know (I'd like to try this).
