I like the bbc: http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/ (you can go advanced search and pick vegetarian/vegan/etc) and also the vegetarian society http://www.recipes.vegsoc.org/ . I like these because I don't think I've ever cooked a recipe that's turned out badly (some are fantastic, some are good, but none bad. The vegetarian societys soups are particularlly good!), and they're UK websites which means they have more recipes I'd want to try and the measurments are done in grams not cups - I can cope with cups for cooking but I hate it for baking!

I also love http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/ - dispite it being fat free (!), I've made some absolutley gorgeous recipes from there
I used to like veganyumyum but she hasn't posted in forever, and also some of the baking I tried just didn't work - which makes me nervous in future because I hate wasting food when recipes go really wrong!

Thanks for sharing. Why you ask? Sometimes I get in a rut and keep making the same things over and over again. I need to add some new meals to my repprtoire.
