Inspired from the exercise thread!<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Today i ran 4.11 miles on the treadmill and then did weightlifting.<br><br><br><br>
What did you do today?

I'll do yesterday, since I haven't left the house yet today.<br><br>
I walked to my friends house (~1/2 - 3/4 of a mile) then to the shops with my friends (~1 mile) and back home. That's it. I don't really exercise.

I just walked a mile on the treadmill. I would go to the pool tonight, but I'm going out so I won't have time. Thats my exercise for the day!

I feel lazy <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":("> I did my version of yoga, which means imitating any poses I can, and I'm weightlifting tonight.

Yesterday i worked all day so i made thursday my off day...<br><br><br><br>
Today i ran five miles and did weightlifting.<br><br><br><br>
i have to work tonight <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":("> and sat and sun!

Today I went to 2 hours of ballet, did a half hour of pilates and took a walk outside for about another half hour.

Dont feel bad, I can't ride a bike either.<br><br><br><br>
Yesterday I did did arms (lifting and self resistence), abs, legs, and stretching (yoga, pilates mix) which takes 1 hour.<br><br><br><br>
Today I box on my punching bag for 15 minutes. No, i am not trying to be the next Hilary Swank or anything, boxing is amazing cardio and so much fun.<br><br><br><br>
I switch off boxing and my 1 hour workout everyday.

I will be using an elliptical trainer for 30 min, weights for 15, other stuff for 15.<br><br><br><br>
I might bellydance today, too.

I had a long day today... no time to exercise. I will try to do so tomorrow though...<br><br><br><br><br><br>
When i do exercise I generally lift some weights, do some crunches, and i'll go jogging/walking for an hour. I'd say I do about 4 miles (maybe?)<br><br><br><br>
I swim about 3-5 miles everyday during the winter, because of swim team.<br><br>
I don't do summer league though...

Today I did an hour on the cybex machine (like a hybrid between stairmaster and eliptical) and a half hour of pilates, plus a 15 minute dance warm up before my show and 20 minutes of walking to and from the theater.
