I always wonder how other people feel about their choice to a more compassionate lifestyle. Be it the feeling you have every morning when you get out of bed or the knowledge that you are making a difference, I want to know!

Amen to that! I love being able to experiment!

I also love that I don't have to feel guilty or sweep my true feelings under the rug anymore... I am doing everything in my power to make a difference and I LOVE that!

As far as little everyday things, I really like that I almost never feel so painfully bloated and full I'm almost sick after a meal. I used to feel like that all the time after I ate.

I love lots of things, but what do I love the most?

Probably being able to say that I'm an "animal lover" and knowing that I really mean it. I feel good about the decision I made to become vegan and the reasons why I did.

What I like the most is that I'm not just drinking the Koolaid with everyone else on the SAD. Rather, I'm educated and informed about my healthy eating choices, and I'm doing something wonderfully peaceful for my planet and its inhabitants.

Same here. I also like the knowledge I've gained... and, I can't lie, the look on people's faces when I tell them I'm vegan is absolutely PRICELESS!

Not eating things with names like "legs", "ribs", "breasts" and "thighs" and being in total denial about it.

Omni dining is like a visit to Hannibal Lecter's.

I like knowing that what I am doing is better for me, the Earth and the animals. It's a definite win-win situation no matter how much I miss the taste of cheese!

He, good one.

A couple of months after I went veggie, my parents went to a KFC and I was a passenger so I had to go sit inside and sit next to the horrible sound of flesh being torn from bones. Ugh and the smell, my god I am never going into one of those places again!
