We've all heard it a million times from unimaginative omnis when they first hear you're vegan. It's such a boring and predictable cliche that I feel dirty just typing it.
To answer the question, I thought it might be kind of neat to start a thread where you show off what you had for dinner.
The only ground rules are that it:
a) has to be a vegan
b) you have to include a picture
c) it has to be a home cooked meal (something, you know...with ingredients)
and
d) include a description or recipe.
Great idea TJ, why don't you go first?
Well, okay. Since you asked, tonight I had a toasted focaccia sandwich made with Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese, sliced avacados, roasted red peppers, tomatoes and mixed greens served with a baked potato with olive oil, celtic sea salt and Tofutti fake sour cream.
(The rosemary is just for garnish.)
So, yeah.
What do you eat?
Cheers!
TJ
PS. I know this is more food related but I'd like to keep it in the vegan forum as I'm only interested in vegan dishes.
