When I am pms'i (sorry guys) like now I only want to eat popcorn, drink champers and watch movies.<br><br>
What do you eat when you dont feel like eating.<br><br>
I just seem to crave junk. Always junk food. All of my food throughout the day is super healthy until I sit down at night with a bag of Miss Vickies chips <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/laugh.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":lol:"> I think popcorn is probably a better choice, especially if it's home made. I just can't resist that crunch of crispy chips that you can hear into the next room.<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/lick.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":lick:">

If I am trying to be healthy and avoid the cravings... fresh fruit and chocolate brownie Larabars. If I am indulging... Peanut butter Newman's Os, double chocolate Milano cookies, and Laffy taffy :\\ <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/wink3.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=";)">

Popcorn is my go-to for this as well. There's nothing in the world like homemade popcorn. It's not even that much of an indulgence if you make it with an air popper and lightly add your favorite toppings.<br><br>
If you're generally a healthy eater, I'd say just go with it and don't worry too much <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)"><br><br>
Can I ask what a champer is?

I think it's fine to have junk food days (although I don't consider popcorn one of those). There will be days where all I want and eat are things like vegan pizza, fries or take out. Usually the next day I crave fresh fruits, veggies , and beans like crazy though.

Like if you aren't appetized by anything? I generally fall back on hummus or stir-fried tofu.

I usually go for a peanut butter and jam sandwich on whole wheat bread, or an apple or something. Quick and easy fuel for when I don't have much of an appetite or am in a hurry but don't want to get all cranky from low blood sugar.

Damn I always knew I was an alien from another planet. (referring to the not feel like eating) <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/grin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":D"><br><br>
I had microwave popcorn, some dorito chips and some oven baked chips. CARB overload.<br><br>
Champers = Champagne had two glasses.<br><br>
Feeling much better today.<br><br>
No more insane cravings and back to eating normal.

My crave food is definitely chocolate.<br><br>
But when nothing sounds good, I go for rice. If I have a avocado I add that in. It is plain but when nothing sounds good, I can at least get that down and it fills me up.

But mainly...<br><br>
POPSICLES. Especially during the summer. I could eat maybe ten a day, but I monitor how much sugar I eat, because that would give my nazi-ish mother another reason for me to stop being vegetarian. ("See? Now that you don't eat meat, you're always hungry!" Sure. Just because I don't eat flesh.)

Huh, can't say i really thing about it much, usually i just get some sort of small meal like sunflower seeds in a sandwich. Since i usually run out of time and all.

yogurt. because it just slides down easy as in no chewing involved plus it takes care of any 'growling stomach' issues.
