Brand new thread!<br><br>
Here's what I ate vegan today:<br><br>
B: Chai tea and a banana nut muffin<br><br>
L: Fried rice with stir fried kale, broccoli, soy sauce and Sriracha<br><br>
D: A big bowl of stew with lentils, barley, split peas, chickpeas, kale, broccoli, potatoes and carrots<br><br>
S: Cantaloupe and more chai tea

Breakfast:pumpkin oat bran with almond butter topping 1 slice alvorado street sprouted bread toasted 1 cup orange juice Dinner:blackbean burger,lettace,tomato

Sat at the NYC vegan eat up meetup.com group, another awesome Tofu Scramble at <a class="bbcode_url" href="http://www.yelp.com/biz/sacred-chow-new-york" target="_blank">Sacred Chow!</a> I have to learn to cook these... <p>B - 1/2 wholemeal bagel, scrambled tofu, pineapple juice</p>
<p>S - Toasted muffin with peanut butter and marmalade; apple</p>
<p>L - Leftover dhansak with a vegan sausage and banana; orange</p>
<p>S - Protein flapjack</p>
<p>D - Lentil, squash and apple stew with a wholemeal pitta&avocado</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Lots of using up leftovers today. Have since been shopping:D</p>

<p>Breakfast: Two tortillas w/ Earth Balance, sugar, and cinnamon, and OJ.</p>
<p>Lunch: Taco Bell Bean Burritos w/o cheese and w/ mild taco sauce and a side salad with lettuce, green peppers, cucumbers, chickpeas, and Organicville vegan ranch dressing</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Still at school; will think of dinner on the way home....</p>

<p>B - rice cakes, chocolate spread, banana and sprinkled flax seed.  (this is beginning to be a daily breakfast)</p>

<p>L - veggie chili and massive salad</p>

<p>S - lots of fruit</p>

<p>D - Veggie fajita, tortilla wrap. Gosh it was gorgeous.</p>

<p>D:   Haven't had it yet, but I'm going to make Homemade Chili from the "Vegan Diner" cookbook<br><br><br>
I'm eating vegan about every other day and loving it.   I'm actually not really thinking about it, but I know I need to read labels better on my intentional vegan days.   </p>

Breakfast:strawberry oatmeal 1 slice sprouted grain bread orange juice Lunch:salad and fruit Dinner:Moo Shu veggies with chinese pancakes which i added sauteed tofu to its from ChefChloe's book

<p>Breakfast: One piece of peanut butter toast, one piece of raspberry jam on toast, and two cups of tea :)</p>
<p>Lunch: Part of a frozen vegan pizza</p>

<p>I'm going to pop it in the fridge and heat it up after I get home from work tonight! I didn't have a bread pan, though, so I made lentil loaf bites in a cupcake pan. So excited to try it. </p>

<p>L - Gardein crispy tenders, lima beans with chard, vegan ranch dressing</p>
<p>D - Glass of chocolate soymilk</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Day before:</p>
<p>B - bagel with peanut butter and walnuts</p>
<p>L - grilled veggie and black bean burrito, chips and salsa</p>
<p>D - leftovers</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Sunday</p>
<p>B & L - vegan donuts</p>
<p>D - lima beans with chard, cabbage salad with blueberries, walnuts, drop biscuit</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Sat</p>
<p>B - bagel with almond butter and walnuts</p>
<p>L - baked red potatoes, cabbage salad, crackers</p>
<p>D - beans, kale, carrots, biscuit, chocolate chip cookie</p>

L: Lentil, barley, split pea, carrot soup with rosemary and garlic<br><br>
D: Rice noodles with garlic and sriracha (super boring unhealthy dinner because I'm poor until Friday <img alt="bigcry.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.veggieboards.com/images/smilies/bigcry.gif">)

<p>L - Falafel salad wrap, guava juice</p>
<p>S - Banana and pineapple smoothie made with almond milk</p>
<p>D - Will be leftover roast veg and spicy chickpea quinoa, probably with a wholemeal pitta and houmous</p>

<p>L: tofurky sandwich and too many chips, oops</p>
<p>S: shared a vegan candy bar with dd</p>
<p>D: okonomiyaki with sauce and veganaise, steamed broccoli and strawberry cake for dessert</p>
