Need to restart my favorite thread. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)"> I think this is too fun and helpful to do without...<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Breakfast: Wheaties and soymilk, cereal bar, OJ<br><br>
Snack: Banana<br><br>
Lunch: PB and J, Fritos, Chocolate soymilk<br><br>
Snack: Chocolate covered cherries<br><br>
Dinner: Stir Fry (carrots, cauliflower, mushrooms, bean sprouts) over brown rice, zucchini, Sierra Mist<br><br>
Dessert: Vienna Fingers

Hey I hear the co-op at UM has expanded! That's awesome! I loved that place!<br><br><br><br>
Today I've had 2 packets of ramen, an onion bagel (dry), 4 cups of coffee, and a krispy kreme <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/shocked.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":eek:">

Breakfast: Quaker Oats w/soymilk, and orange joove<br><br>
Snack: Banana<br><br>
Lunch: Two rolls filled with mushroom yeast extract<br><br>
Snack: Two packets of crisps, and an apple<br><br>
Dinner: Mushroom rissotto kinda thing<br><br>
Dessert: Banana with chocolate soy dessert<br><br>
Snack: Quaker Oats w/soymilk<br><br>
Frosties w/soymilk<br><br>
Packet of crisps<br><br><br><br>
Wow, such an unhealthy diet

Brunch: Cantalope, OJ, a blueberry muffin, fried potatoes and tea<br><br>
Afternoon snack: A Luna Bar and a pear<br><br>
Dinner: baked beans (homemade), salad and some veggies.

Today I had:<br><br><br><br>
No Breakfast. I meant to eat around 9 am but never got home until 11. I was so hungry!!!!<br><br><br><br>
Lunch: Chocolate soy milk, Fried potatoes in olive oil with onions and pepper, large green salad with chick peas, avocado, red onions, tomatoes, croutons, "bacon" bits, chocolate pudding made with soy milk, fruit jello (vegan), grape juice (This sounds a lot like yesterday's dinner because it's left-overs)<br><br><br><br>
Supper: 1/2 carrot, "Turkey" deli slice sandwich on ww bread with soy cheese, banana, grape juice, chocolate soy milk<br><br><br><br>
Should be back on schedule tomorrow--back to work!! My stomach is mixed up today because of the time change LOL!!!<br><br><br><br>

I slept until 12:30, (woohoo!) so I have had a screwy day food wise. So far,<br><br><br><br>
1 piece of marbled cake<br><br>
1 glass white grape peach juice<br><br>
hashbrowns<br><br>
chips<br><br>
soy latte made by silk I just found it and I love it.<br><br>
dirty rice and beans- a really good recipe I made up with strange stuff and it tasted good<br><br>
steamed broccoli<br><br>
corn<br><br>
1 can of Dr. Pepper (ick, I got an headache from it)<br><br><br><br>
that is all so far, but I am sure there is more to come

This is a great thread, thanks for starting it again charity, i was going to do the same tonight.<br><br><br><br>
Breakfast:<br><br>
cup of tea<br><br>
1/2 cup oatmeal<br><br><br><br>
Later on:<br><br>
four (!) slices whole wheat bread<br><br><br><br>
Then:<br><br>
banana<br><br>
soy yogurt<br><br><br><br>
Dinner:<br><br>
1 can vegetable soup<br><br>
another slice ww bread<br><br>
2 saltines (ugh)<br><br><br><br>
Hangovers make for weird eating patterns. Ugh. But I guess seeing it written out I realize that today wasn't TOO bad. Less carbs tomorrow.

Carbs are your friend. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)"> They give you energy for running marathons and such.

Yes, but I didn't run a marathon today. Nor do I see myself running anything close to a marathon in any point in the near future. Point taken though.

Breakfast: Onion bagel w/margarine, sliced kiwi, OJ<br><br>
Snack: Luna Bar, Sierra Mist<br><br>
Lunch: Peanut butter, lettuce, mushroom sandwich(I know i'm weird), wheat thins, banana, ice tea<br><br>
Snack: Forgot what this was too<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/blush.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":eek:"><br><br>
Dinner: Lots of quinoa(i burned my mouth<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":(">) Pita w/ hummus, lettuce, mushroom, Lemonade ice tea, water(so my burned mouth wouldn't hurt)

A really bad food day for me... Too much grazing and too much dairy. Ah well... tomorrow's another day.<br><br><br><br>
B: Special K w/ berries, glass of OJ<br><br><br><br>
L: Tortilla chips with black bean dip, celery & carrots w/spinach dip<br><br><br><br>
S: A couple cubes of cheese with whole wheat crackers<br><br><br><br>
D: Big mixed greens salad, a grilled cheese on whole wheat, french fries, a pickle<br><br><br><br>
S: Big cup of frozen yogurt (ugh)

I had:<br><br>
B- two bowls of oatmeal!<br><br>
L- Baby carrots<br><br>
S- Protein shake<br><br>
D- Roasted carrots, potatoes, and onions in olive oil<br><br>
Dessert- (its sunday!) Big wheat muffin<br><br>
S- Bowl of cereal, another muffin, and 6 Mike N Ikes.<br><br>
Too much? I hope not. SOOO glad school is back tomorrow so I won't be sitting around eating all day.<br><br>
Has anyone seen Keegan? Or Krista?<br><br>

definitely not too much, linz. muffins and oatmeal are some of the greatest things ever invented. i had the best muffin this morning from whole foods. oh wow.
