I'm in my 2nd semester of community college, and I'm just doing general studies. I am a little lost to what courses I should be focusing on or taking to prep me for it, any help? I'm eventually planning on transferring to Univ. of Maryland Eastern Shore for my bachelors in P.A.. Thanks for any help.

Contact an advisor at the university to which you'll be transferring. They'll be able to tell you what courses you will need and which courses from the community college will transfer. If you can take your prerequisites and general studies classes at the community college, it will save you a lot of money, but there's no point in taking classes if the credits from those classes won't be accepted at the university.

Yes, please don't rely on anyone here. Talk to your advisor! Even if someone here is going through a PA program, different universities have different requirements. You could always go on the website of where you want to apply and look at their curriculum and requirements.
