humm....that's tricky.

but I would go with breakfasts of herbal tea and fruit.

and for lunch and dinner, salads (add lots of nuts and avocados for calories and 'good fats'), fruit salads, vegetable based soups and stews...this doesn't sound especially enjoyable to me, but I'm sure you'll manage for five days. What is this for?

You said wheats, but not "grains". What about quinoa, rice, oats. What about nuts?

it says no beans, grains, legumes, does that count as those?

lemon/lime juice + olive oil + salt makes a pretty good salad dressing

Smoothies, as other people have said. And quinoa isn't a grain, it's a seed. Also buckwheat isn't a proper cereal, so maybe you can have that too. A dish with accepted veggies from your list (boiled/steamed/roasted) with nuts on quinoa sounds like a proper meal to me. For dressings/sauces, I'd go with Misq17 suggestion, and will also recommend seed/nut sauces (e.g. tahini sauce).

If you're trying to improve bowel health, you should also aim for about 2-3 litres of water daily, including herbal teas. Chamomile, fennel and peppermint (among others) are good for the bowels, and nettle tea is recommended for cleanses.

I second that. Have you seen a doctor? I'm guessing you've tried drinking tons of water, and prunes, right? That's what pregnant women do (for whom constipation is often an issue and it works wonders.
