What can I do with banana chips other than simply eat them. Also has anyone ever tried cooking these on their own, and if so what was your experience in doing this? Did it work?

you could varnish them and drill a hole in them with a teeny drill (a dremel, perhaps), then attach wires and hooks, and wear them as earrings.

or.... what about crunching them up in a ziplock bag by hitting them with a rolling pin, and then using them as sprinkles on icecream, or on other stuff that sprinkles go well on. i bet using that method you could add them to banana bread, or cookies, or loads of other things, for a little added banana style crunchy goodness.
