tofu (extra-firm, silken, baked)

gluten flour (for making seitan)

earth balance buttery spread

tofutti cream cheese

tofutti sour cream

veggie sausage

veggie dogs

herbal tea

cereal

oatmeal

vegetable broth (I use this ALL THE TIME!)

canned pineapple

coconut milk

salad dressing

mustard

tortillas

salsa (ESSENTIAL at my house)

frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, mangos, peaches, etc.)

frozen edamame (soybeans)

frozen spinach

whole grain crackers

tortilla chips

flour (white & whole wheat)

sugar (I've been using raw, unbleached turbinado sugar but that's just me)

Well I list what they were when I started being veg and vegan.

I wasn't into cooking, so all my foods were store bought...

frozen dinners - Amy's, Celentano, Yves

Boca Burgers and other mock-meats

rice milk and cold cereal!

pasta pasta and natural pasta sauce

peanut butter sandwiches

fruits, apples, *pears*, oranges, mango, melons, anything really

dried fruits, and raw nuts

carrots, romain and a few other veggies

Thanks so much you guys have given me excellent ideas! Most are things I keep on hand already too, but you have also given me new ideas, and it is fun to see what some people just have to have on hand...that others may not ever eat LOL!

Ok evilvegan what do you put the flax seeds and hemp seeds into? Sorry if that is a dumb question but hey I am a newbie
