Breads, oats and pasta will all help you gain weight, that's if you have no problems with gluten. Also, dried fruits and nuts is another good source, and, obviously, they're raw too, so better for you than processed foodstuffs.

If you are having trouble increasing the number of calories in your diet, smoothies are great for that - you can squish an awful lot of healthy calories in a delicious smoothie

Bananas and dates are awesome calorie dense foods for smoothies. Start with those and add whatever berries/greens/etc you'd like to flavour it

Also, adding nuts, flax, avocado, etc to your meals is a healthy way to go

eat some healthy-fats rich foods like nuts and seeds, olives, avocados, coconut, etc. For example, you could try making a pudding out of avocados, cocoa powder, organic sugar/maple syrup/whatever, and medjool dates. Toss it all in a food processor and grind it up. Or, when making a fruit/veg smoothie, spoon in some nuts butter of your choice, or a great dollop of coconut oil. It'll taste great and delicious
. Lucky you!!

Any food (except things like celery) can help you gain weight if you eat enough of it.
But the most efficient would probably be oil and peanut butter.
