Breads, oats and pasta will all help you gain weight, that's if you have no problems with gluten. Also, dried fruits and nuts is another good source, and, obviously, they're raw too, so better for you than processed foodstuffs.
eat some healthy-fats rich foods like nuts and seeds, olives, avocados, coconut, etc. For example, you could try making a pudding out of avocados, cocoa powder, organic sugar/maple syrup/whatever, and medjool dates. Toss it all in a food processor and grind it up. Or, when making a fruit/veg smoothie, spoon in some nuts butter of your choice, or a great dollop of coconut oil. It'll taste great and delicious
