After almost 2 years of being vegan, I went back to being lacto-ovo. Wow. Who knew? I gained almost 20 pounds, felt a lot crappier then before. So a few weeks ago, I went back to being vegan.

I think I'm starting to lose the weight, I feel better. Way less tired, and I get through my spin class a hell of a lot better! I wish everyone would just realize how great veganism is and just do it, man.

Gracias, everyone. I'm going to start cooking again and contributing recipies.

Have you guys tried out Sarah Kramer's cookbooks? What do you think? I have her La Dolce Vegan, I think that's what it's called, and most of its pretty good.

La Dolce Vegan is one of my favorites. I'm snacking on "Emily's 'Meat' Loaf" as we speak - it's quite good!

Congrats...

I got my wisdom teeth out 2 weeks ago and started eating a bit of diary out of sheer laziness (it was just easier to eat reg. yogurt, ice cream and some cottage cheese when I couldn't chew).

I can already feel my weight climbing and energy fading.

Back on the wagon right away!
