<span>every month, in the week before i get my period, i get a sore throat. not an 'ill' sore throat, i get no cold, virus, or other symptoms, i just get a mild scratchy itchy tickly sore throat, on and off, for a few days. its very odd. i first noticed it a good few years ago- and every month i paniced a bit, and assumed i was coming down with something, but then i started getting deja-vous over it, and finally clued in, realising there was this obvious pattern.<br><br><br><br>
it kicks in about the same time, or just before the time that i notice that my temperature goes up a little, and i get prone to feeling a bit emotional, a bit ditzy, and loose a little spacial awareness- so i'm pretty sure its all part of the same thing, but can't work out why on earth i'd get a sore throat with it.<br><br><br><br>
basically i'm just wondering if anyone else gets this, or if its just me and i'm incredibly weird (i'm guessing the latter). i'd also appreciate any insight into why this might be happening, and what i can do to avoid it in the first place, if i can.<br><br><br><br>
