Hi guys.<br><br>
I have an odd health question.<br><br>
I have scapular thorasic bursitis. I have had this diagnosis for multiple years with multiple doctors. My pain levels have gotten much, much worse recently. My doctor is now talking about shaving some bone off my scapula and possibly remove part (or all) of my bursa. The doctor only gave me 75% chance of getting well by the surgery. Therefore, I am looking on the web for doctors that might be know a lot about this type of injury. There are doesn't seem to be much information out there about this "problem I have". I have however found a lot of information about bursitis. A number of websites talked about needing extra protein to help fight off bursitis. They also discussed needing extra B12. I am vegan. I do get enough protein. (I love beans and nuts). I do take vitamin that has B12 in it. How can I get more of these things without giving up my diet of choice. I can't eat meat anymore due to my body rejecting it. I'll take suggestions...<br><br>
Is there a link between B12 and bursitis??? <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/help.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":help:">
