Keep a bag of frozen grapes in your freezer, they are great to snack on when you want something sweet.

Buy an air-popcorn maker. Air popped corn is much lower in calories than normal popcorn. Just sprinkle on a bit of salt, pepper or soy sauce for flavour.

Drink a glass of water with every meal. Put your knife and fork down after every mouthful.

Always leave some food on your plate. NEVER finish a meal.
