I'm stumped.

Someone asked me for a waterpacked firm tofu dessert. It's not what I would use for a dessert usually and the net seems to not have any recipes out there that uses firm.

Does any one have any idea of what would be good? I'm up for any or all suggestions.

Oy.. I should just be glad he didn't say extra firm and that he just thawed it.
