Wakame Cucumber Salad

Category: Raw Foods

Suitable for a: vegan diet

Ingredients:

------------------------------------------------------

2 tablespoons wakame seaweed, dried

1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and sliced

1 tablespoon shoyu

2 teaspoons yuzu (or lemon juice)

1 teaspoon ginger juice

1 teaspoon agave nectar

1 green onion, finely chopped

Instructions:

------------------------------------------------------

Soak wakame for 10-15 minutes or until soft

Toss rest of ingredients and chill
