I'm new to being a vegan and would like to know about vitamins, and the ones I should be taking. As a vegetarian I didn't take any and was often tired and I got random bruising after becoming one too. I took blood tests but they said everything was normal. Anyway, although I already feel I have more energy as a vegan (because I'm exercising too) I don't want to get unhealthy from a lack of nutrients. The reason of why I'm worried too is because I'm really picky with vegetables, and I often use the same ones again and again just in different recipes. =S
I've read a few threads and different stuff on the web about vitamins, but am still pretty confused. I took multivitamins at one point (for a couple of months) but I noticed no difference at all so stopped, they just seemed to be not doing anything. Any help would be appreciated.
