Can any long-time vegans (or anyone who just really knows their vitamins) take a look at the following list and give feedback?

I found a men's multivitamin pack that contains the following vitamins/values. I'm wondering if this will be a sufficient pack for my DH. It is not made specifically for vegans (although the pills are vegan), so I'm not sure if it's missing any supplements that I should be aware of.

I'm not someone who really knows their vitamins but a varied diet is the best was to get most of those things on your vitamin list. Whole grains, nuts and varied veggies will cover most of what you need.

The two things that come to mind that you should pay extra special attention to are Vitamin B12 and calcium. I take supplements for these if I'm not getting them through fortified foods, but not as a multivitamin. Calcium is something you need to take 3 times a day (~300mg each time for a total of 1000mg) since it is water soluble. B12 you can get away with taking about 3 times per week.
Vitamin B12 is the only one you don't get from plant foods - although quite a few food products are fortified with it - so that's the main one to watch for. Otherwise a healthy diet should cover the rest.
Does anyone know if Alive by Nature's Way is vegan?

The link goes to the ingredients.
